Adjusting the Acros block lock steering stop

This instruction helps you adjust the Acros steering stop mounted on all 2024 year model GinkGo bikes

Adjust the links, and make sure that the bar is adjusted correctly when the front wheel is straight forward. Adjust the bearing compression on both head sets. Tighten all bolts on links and stem. Release the 3 mm hex screw on the block lock bearing.

Turn the top lid of the block lock bearing so that it goes in to stop just before the rod hits the link in this position. The lid is turned by steering, it will rotate when in outer positions. Tighten the lock bolt.
